PPLMAPS, is a subsidiary of Centroid Capital , a limited liability company with a registered office at Level 30, Six Battery Road, Singapore 049909.
PPLMAPS undertakes to ensure all legal and regulatory provisions applicable to the protection of personal data are respected, with regard to processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (hereinafter referred to as the “GDPR”).
The Confidentiality Policy describes the categories of data that are collected from you, the reasons for collecting them, the way in which PplMaps uses these data, as well as the rights you are entitled to.

1.3 Data you share with PPLMAPS
On a general basis, you can access the Website without having to provide any personal data. PPLMAPS does not process data that allows it to identify you as a person, directly or indirectly, unless you have willingly provided this information by filling in the various forms that are provided to you or made available on the Website.
On the Website, elements of personal data that PPLMAPS may request are your first and last names, telephone number, email address, name of the company, country, (hereinafter referred to as “Data”).
In communicating your Data, you authorize PPLMAPS to process these Data for the purposes and duration described in this document. You may, at any time, withdraw your consent for the processing of your Data, in which case PPLMAPS will cease the related processing activities.

Data are processed and stored by PPLMAPS strictly for the period required to allow you to access and use the Website, within the restrictions provided by the Act and the GDPR.
At the end of this period, your Data will be erased, in particular if:

AT ANY TIME, YOU MAY WITHDRAW YOUR CONSENT FOR PROCESSING YOUR DATA. Withdrawal of your consent does not compromise the lawfulness of the processing, based on consent, carried out prior to consent withdrawal.
· Should you exercise your right to oppose your Data being processed, we will, without undue delay, erase data regarding you and that are related to the purpose of processing which you opposed, unless another legal basis for processing and storing these Data exists, or unless we are bound by law to store them, in which case you will be informed immediately.
1.5 Purpose for processing your Data
On a general basis, your Data are processed by PPLMAPS in order to facilitate the use of the Website, or to enable you to receive information from PPLMAPS.
In communicating your Data, PPLMAPS carries out one or several of the following processing operations:

When you contact PPLMAPS directly, through whichever means, PplMaps reserves the right to keep a record of this correspondence for a period necessary for processing the request.
1.7 Data security
Nominative and non-nominative data collected through the Website are not communicated nor transferred to any third party other than the technology providers in charge of managing the Website, and partners, both of which are required to respect data confidentiality and to only use such data for very specific operations under the direct control of PPLMAPS.
However, PPLMAPS may be obliged, under the Act and/or the GDPR, or under any other applicable legal provision, to communicate your Data following a court ruling, order, decree, or any other applicable legal provision and/or regulation.
PPLMAPS shall take all appropriate technical, organisational, and security measures against any unauthorised access or any alteration, disclosure, destruction, or loss of your Data. PPLMAPS cannot be held responsible for ensuring secure transmissions of your Data via the Internet.
1.8 Communicating your Data
Only for the purposes set out in this Confidentiality Policy, PPLMAPS may share your data with other entities within the Centroid Strategy group under conditions that are strictly set out by this Confidentiality Policy, in particular with regard to Data security.
At any time, you have the right to oppose the sharing of your data, for reasons relating to your particular situation. To exercise this right, contact us through one of the means provided in Article 1.2 of this Confidentiality Policy.
1.9 Sensitive data and the protection of children’s privacy
PPLMAPS neither collects nor seeks out intentionally sensitive personal data or data concerning individuals under 13 years of age. Children under the age of 13 are not allowed to use the Website on their own. Should we learn that despite our efforts, such personal data for a child under 13 have been collected without parental consent, we will, without undue delay, delete all this information and all backups that may have been made.

1.10 Preventing fraudulent or unlawful activities
We may process Data in order to prevent any potentially fraudulent, unlawful, or offensive activity, or to exercise our rights or those of other Website Users.

PPLMAPS reserves the right to amend or update its Confidentiality Policy at any time. As such, you are invited to consult this page regularly, since any browsing within the Website means you agree to the most recent version of the Confidentiality Policy.
A warning will be published and displayed on the Website when any significant amendment is made to this Confidentiality Policy.
