There is no limit to the amount of data or type of data you want to use.
There is no hidden or extra charges. Once you subscribe for PPLmaps you can easily access the 3 sets pre-designed customizable HR dashboards.
The subscription needs to be renewed every 30 days. You can easily upgrade or downgrade to a different pricing tier as and when required. We offer free training to our clients and if there are any further confusion our support team is always available to help you out.
Implementation & Support
At PPLmaps we offer 24X7 support to our clients which can be accessed through our online help center at support@pplmaps.com.
Our support is always completely free of charge. Our team will support you through the implementation process and explain the features and updates.
Implementation is as easy as the following:

Import data - The administrator imports or uploads all the available HR related data in the form of CSV or excel files.

Real-time analysis - Once the data is uploaded PPLmaps, users can easily use our pre-designed dashboards or by changing your filters to generate the HR Metrics and charts you would like to see.

Share insightful reports - dashboards and reports can be easily shared by exporting the same with the management or other team members.
Data Security
Data security is of utmost importance to PPLmaps and so we make sure that clients’ sensitive data remains free from any security threats in our servers.
The following steps are taken to ensure data security:

The use of Amazon Web Services(AWS) server helps to build network firewalls and application firewall capabilities to control access to your instances and the application. The Amazon Virtual Private Network allows creation of dedicated networks for each client thereby controlling inbound and outbound traffic at the instance level.

Such connectivity options are offered that enable private, or dedicated, connections from your office or on-premises environment.

We have hosted the database and the PPLmaps application on two completely separate servers (EC2 instance) which are connected through tunnel and configured by IP whitelisting. Such a process limits user access to a domain only allowing access to trusted users.

We have used SHA-256 Hash algorithm so that any and every data is sent and stored in an encrypted format.
